What is a managed AI integration?
An AI integration gives an AI workflow a defined way to interact with a business tool. That might mean reading approved information, retrieving a record, or preparing a next step. Managed integration adds decisions about company access, allowed actions, operational oversight, and support when the setup needs attention.
First, understand the systems you use
We review the applications, information sources, and accounts involved in your task. Available APIs, supported connectors, and application access policies determine what can be connected. A product name alone is not a promise of compatibility: feasibility is checked before the workflow is agreed.
Permission to read is not permission to change
A connection should have a clear purpose. We distinguish information retrieval from actions that modify business records, send communications, or create transactions. The workflow defines the tools and destinations it can use and the review points required for the proposed work.
Company-specific connections through the gateway
The AskLarry gateway provides a control layer for configured connections. Company policies identify the business being served and the tools available to it. Request and usage records support administrator review. A customer connection is not a blanket grant of access to every system or every action.
Keep your AI accounts and business accounts clear
Customers use their own AI provider accounts where supported. AskLarry provides connection configuration, workflow setup, and managed support; AI provider subscriptions are separate. We confirm account requirements, available permissions, and any additional software needs as part of scoping.
What to bring to an integration conversation
Tell us the task you want to improve, the applications involved, and who currently performs each step. Describe the information the workflow needs and any actions that should always require a person. You do not need to send passwords or confidential business files to begin the conversation.
